D A I S Y  H A R R I S O N

Artistic Director

Daisy is a freelance dancer, choreographer and teacher based in the South West, creating work as part of The Prism Project. Daisy has a keen interest in integrating dance with music, lighting, projection and film, and works closely with artists to create dance work that interlinks other art practices. Following her research on the impact of positive imagery on dancers' performance, she places high importance on creating an uplifting atmosphere in a creative working environment. 

Daisy graduated from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, with BA (Hons) in Contemporary Dance (2014). She then went on to complete an MA in Dance Performance (2015) as part of Transitions Dance Company. During study, she performed in works by Lea Anderson, Tony Thatcher, Gary Lambert & Rosemary Butcher in the UK and Israel. She also performed in work by Bawren Tavaziva, Zoi Dimitriou and Miguel Pereira, in a UK and Europe tour. 

 

Most recent performance experience includes work by; Joss Arnott Dance, FUSE Diverse Dance & Alleyne Dance, Chhaya Collective, Spindrift Dance Collective, Andrew Race Dance Company, Dartington International Music Festival and Interwoven Productions.

Dancer

Nadjeschda Trained at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and graduated with a BA (Hons) in Contemporary Dance. Within her studies she performed in works by various artists such as Shobana Jeyasingh and Charles Linehan.

During and since her time at Laban she found a keen interest in teaching and exchanging dance around the World. She has spent time in Kenya and Cambodia teaching, sharing, Performing and choreographing dance, doing workshops and classes with both children and adults. Whilst there she also participated in local classes to learn their dance styles. 

She is currently a freelance Dancer, Massage Therapist, and Teacher based in the South West and dances professionally with local companies. 

H A R R Y  S C O T T

Dancer

Harry completed his training at Falmouth University, graduating in 2016 with First Class Honours in Dance & Performance. During this time he worked with and performed in works by Theo Clinkard, Simon Birch and Matthew Gough, and received mentorship from Katie Duck whilst a guest student at the School for New Dance Development (The Netherlands).

Professionally Harry has performed across southern England and internationally in works by FUSE & Alleyne Dance, Exim Dance Company, Spindrift Dance Company, Alats Dance Circus and Callous Affection Dance, as well as working on an array of collaborative dance films and music videos for Bakani Pick-Up Company, Grace Lightman and Dan Bao, among others. He has shown his own choreographic work (both independent and collaborative) at Sallis Benney Theatre (Brighton), Theatre Royal (Plymouth) and Barbican Theatre (Plymouth). Most recently he has co-founded multidisciplinary arts collective INTER Movement Research.

As a teacher Harry regularly leads classes and workshops for training institutions, dance organisations and community groups, including Sussex Dance Network, Plymouth University, The Barbican Theatre and Exim Dance Company.
